After being hospitalized 5 times since January we noticed her legs swelling would go down. We decided to get an adjustable bed. After being at home we noticed that the swelling in her legs has been cut in half and the physical Therapist has been able to get her up and she has been able to walk. She also suggested to use the massage twice a day which has also made a big difference in her recovery. Also because we can lift her head she had been able to breath much easier. It is an absolute miracle what this bed has meant to us. If you have someone at home that is older or has other conditions you will find how much this bed will increase their quality of life and their comfort. We decided to get this bed over a medical bed because it takes up much less room. We sleep with the head elevated just a little, to open our airways. I am a mouth-breathing snorer and I noticed that I have been breathing through my nose and hubby says I have not been snoring. I wake up feeling noticeably more refreshed. In the morning, I put it in the Zero G position for a few minutes, then hit the Flat button and stretch out my back - it feels so good! Hubby also had breathing discomfort with our old bed, often moving to the living room recliner during the night.
