I have only had my adjustable bed frame for 6 days/nights, but I am already in love. I can comfortably sit in bed to read, write, or watch TV. I have been a side sleeper for years, but this has become uncomfortable due to increasing joint pain. However, I could not manage to sleep on my back on a flat bed. Last night I was able to sleep through the night on my back (head & foot raised a bit) for the first time ever. Woke up feeling great.

After less than 2 weeks, we are both sleeping much better! We sleep with the head elevated just a little, to open our airways. I am a mouth-breathing snorer and I noticed that I have been breathing through my nose and hubby says I have not been snoring. I wake up feeling noticeably more refreshed. In the morning, I put it in the Zero G position for a few minutes, then hit the Flat button and stretch out my back - it feels so good! Hubby also had breathing discomfort with our old bed, often moving to the living room recliner during the night. He had stopped doing that and been sleeping more hours as well, plus he has stopped snoring too. This adjustable base is exactly what we needed, with our new bed!
